How can I check hotel availability?
Go to our
Hotel Search
page and enter your selection criteria. Hit Search and all MHN member
hotels will appear based upon your search criteria. Click on the hotel
image that you prefer to stay. It will take you to a hotel description
page providing the hotel
location, amenities and other details about the hotel. On this page,
select your dates and check for
room availability. Select your room and all associated national
discounts while making your reservation on-line. If you are
calling the hotel directly let them know that you are an MHN member and
they will be able to tell you the new rate (be sure to look up the MHN
hotel
category i.e., Advantage, Plus, or Elite).
The MHN discount will be taken at time of check-in only. If you
would like to see your final rate (before taxes) with the MHN discount,
please see the
MHN Savings Calculator.

When I search for a hotel, I do not get a result and it states there
are no hotels available. Why is that?
A MHN member hotel may not be available in the location you
selected. Expand your search to look for a nearby MHN member
hotel. Please note that we are constantly adding more hotels to
MHN.
When I tried to make my booking it
didn't work? What do I do now?
There may be an issue with one of the following items:
1. Check that you are still connected to the internet
2. If the hotel reservation page states "sorry no
rooms available" this may mean that the hotel is sold out. Try to find
an alternative location that
would suit your need by going to the
MHN Hotel Search page again.

How do I know that the booking worked?
You should receive a confirmation from the hotel directly either
by mail, fax, or email based upon what you choose as your confirmation
delivery method at the time of your booking. If you choose email,
make sure to check your spam box as some spam filters are ultra
sensitive and may route the email to that folder. Note that the
booking confirmation will not come from MHN and the discount will not
be applied until you check-in. Be sure to bring your MHN card at
time of check-in to ensure you are credited for your stay and earn MHN
Rewards. The front desk associate should swipe your MHN card in
our machine.

Booking Information
I have submitted my reservation form and credit card - what happens
now?
Once you complete your reservation and provide your credit card
information, your
accommodation request will be processed by the hotel as quickly as
possible (typically instantly). However, some delays may occur due to
hotels' processing
requirements. If the hotel you selected is available for the
dates you
specified, your booking will be finalized and your credit card will be
charged. If you wish to cancel your booking after this, please
review the
hotel cancellation policy.

How long will it take to confirm my booking?
Most of the times your hotel booking will be confirmed instantly if you
complete it online. You can check on the Current status and /or cancel
your booking request through the hotel website subject to the hotel
terms and conditions.
Disclaimer: While our member hotels diligently process your booking
request according to the guidelines shown above, occasionally they may
be unable to finalize your request within this time limit. Some of the
reasons for delays in replying include public holidays and time zone
differences or other issues beyond their control.

How can I amend or cancel my booking?
Should you wish to amend or cancel your existing booking, please go to
the hotel website and follow the specific instructions.

What is the CONFIRMATION / ACCOMMODATION VOUCHER?
This is confirmation of your reservation. Once your reservation is
confirmed, the hotel will send you a confirmation number.
Please print out a copy and keep this document safe. You will need to
present it at the hotel during check-in along with your MHN membership
card.

What happens if there is a problem with the hotel when I arrive?
The first step is to contact the front desk at the hotel. Our member
hotels will make every effort to resolve your problem. If you continue
to have problems, please contact us via email by

How do I check on my booking for a hotel?
You can check the status of your existing booking in two ways. First,
as soon as you book your room online, a confirmation e mail will be
sent to you. It will also let you know how to "View/Amend Your
Booking". Remember you will not see your booking within the MHN
website. You will only see it at the selected hotel's website.

How can I request an early check in or a late check out?
If you want to request an early check in or a late check out, please
include the information in the 'additional requests' section when
filling out the reservation form online. Although our member hotels do
not guarantee such a request, they will make every effort to address
your request.
Please note: Early check in and late check out are subject to
the availability of the room and cannot be confirmed until the day of
check in or check out. Our member hotels will make every effort to
accommodate your needs. If you plan to arrive more than 6 hours prior
to the hotels check in time, and want to guarantee that you will be
able to check into your room on arrival, you will need to book the
night prior to the date of arrival. Example: If the check in time for a
hotel is 2 pm and you are planning to arrive at 4 am on January 5, you
will need to book for January 4 AND January 5, as most hotels are not
able to organize check in at such an early hour.

What are your booking conditions?
The terms and conditions of booking at each hotel may vary. Please
review terms and conditions of the hotel you selected (when you are
online at their website) or by speaking to the hotel staff directly.

Is it safe to use my credit card?
Your credit card details are encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket
Layer) security on the hotel website. It is not stored by Members
Hotel Network in anyway.
It will never be shared with unauthorized third parties.

Do I have to send my credit card details online?
Our member hotels encourage all of our MHN members to submit their
credit card
information via a secure online form at the time of reservation. This
makes it easier
for the hotels to process your booking requests quicker and more
efficiently. However, you also have an option to fax your credit card
details. Please contact the MHN member hotel you have selected for
their fax number when
completing your reservation.

When will my credit card be charged?
Depending upon the hotel rate plan you selected, your credit card may
be
charged for the full amount immediately after you submit the credit
card information. In all other cases your credit card is charged
ONLY
at the time of check out. Please note that it is a common
practice to
hold the amount of your stay on your credit card until you check out.

Can I pay with more than one credit card?
Yes. You are able to provide payment with multiple credit cards. If you
require to payment using more than one credit card, please contact the
MHN
member hotel directly.

I don't have a credit card, can I pay cash?
All bookings on-line require a credit card
in order to hold the room for you. You may pay cash when you check out
if you desire.

Which credit card types do you accept?
The cards accepted are: American Express, Diners Club, MasterCard,
Visa, Discover. If you have a credit card other than these, please
contact our MHN member hotel. Some foreign credit cards may incur
additional fees. Please contact the MHN member hotel for information on
these charges.

What is the cost of car parking at the hotel?
All the information that is available to us about facilities at the
hotel is displayed on the MHN member hotel website. For information not
already
stated on hotel website, please contact the MHN member hotel directly.

Do you provide airport transportation with my accommodation?
Please check on each MHN member hotel website to see if airport
transportation is available, and if there are any charges for such
services. Standard room rates do not include costs of airport
transfers, unless otherwise stated.

How do I find directions to the hotel?
The location information of the MHN member hotel is listed on the hotel

page. This can also help identify the distance from the hotel to
certain landmarks or the airport and other destinations of your choice.

Could you send me maps and/or other information about the hotel?
All the information regarding the MHN member hotel (such as facilities
and rates)
is located on each hotel's website. For additional information, you
may contact the MHN member hotel directly.

Is breakfast included in the room rate?
Many MHN member hotels include a buffet or continental breakfast as
part of their
room rates, while others offer it as a separate service. This
information can be found on the MHN member hotel website.

Do I need to add Breakfasts to my Itinerary if the room type I
booked says it includes breakfast?
If the room type that you book is, for example, "Standard Room
including Breakfast", breakfast does not need to be added to your
itinerary. If it states that it includes breakfast for up to 2 guests,
and there are more than 2 guests staying, you will need to add any
extra breakfast's to the itinerary if required. Please indicate that in
your reservation online or contact the MHN member hotel directly, or
let them know at the time of check-in and they will make every effort
to accommodate your request.

There are no rates for the dates I require or rates appear as "Not
Available". What do I do now?
If the rates for date(s) you require are not listed on the selected
hotel website page, you may contact the hotel directly OR select
another MHN member hotel from our
Hotel Search feature.

Is the room rate per person or per night?
All room rates are per room per night, unless specified otherwise. The
rates are not applicable during New Year's Eve and other special events
and are subject to change without notice. The price is guaranteed upon
receipt of final payment. All rates are as per the MHN member hotel
website and/or reservation completed by you.

Are taxes included in the rate?
ALL taxes and charges are normally not included in the room rate.
However, once your reservation is confirmed, it will show you your room
rates, taxes and surcharges, as applicable.
Please note that upon presentation of the MHN membership card at time
of check-in, the MHN
member hotel will revise the rates, taxes etc., including the MHN
discount and any other combined discounts

NO! There are no MHN booking fees.

How do I become a member?
Any individual of legal age; OR business and can become a MHN Member
by signing up on
www.mhnsaves.com and
paying an annual subscription fee of $5.00.
You can simply register by

Once you sign up, you will be able to log-in with your user name and
password and start enjoying MHN membership discounts, benefits, and
rewards
instantly.

Are there any Membership Levels?
NO! Unlike other clubs and programs, all of our members are treated
equally. You save money and earn rewards whether you stay one night or
100 nights at out member hotels.
Of course you can also earn rewards through our unique
Refer A Friend progam.

What are Member Rewards?
Once a member qualifies for a pre-established number of room night
stays or completes a number of referrals (both are unlimited), the
member is
rewarded with CASH back.

How do I earn Member Rewards?
There are two ways to earn rewards.
- Each time you book a room at one of our member hotels and
complete your stay you will earn one MHN Reward point for each night
stay and qualifies you for a CASH reward. Spend it anywhere you would
like
too. It's our way of saying thank you for your loyalty.
- You can also earn MHN rewards through the "Refer A Friend"
program - available to all active MHN members. Simply refer family,
friends or work associates to www.mhnsaves.com
via the MHN email platform on our website (you have to be a member to
access it). For every person that activates the card you earn an MHN
Reward point that qualifies you for a CASH reward. Spend it anywhere
you
would like too. It's our way of saying thank you for sharing this
program with others.

When can I start to use my Member Dollars?
As soon as you have accumulated 20 (twenty) MHN Rewards, we will
send you a cash reward of $20.00 (Twenty Dollars). You can spend that
reward any way you want too. There are no strings attached. Your MHN
rewards account balance will then be set to zero. And you start
it
over again. You can also combine the 2
types of MHN Rewards you are eligible for in order to accelerate your
CASH back. For example, you may have 5 MHN Reward points on room nights
stayed and 15 MHN Reward points for
email referrals. You have the option to
combine these two MHN Rewards and get CASH back. Keep in mind, at
the
end of every year your MHN Reward point balances will reset to zero for
both MHN
Reward categories.

What is my Current Account Balance?
You can access your current MHN Rewards balance by logging in to

to your profile.

What if my MHN rewards Account balance does not seem correct?
Note that it may take up to 4 weeks for your stays to be updated in
your profile. If you still don't see the rewards in your account
after that time period (based upon completed date(s) of stay) then

I have lost my Membership log-in details, how can I receive a
reminder?
Simply go to our
www.mhnsaves.com
website. Your log in will always be your registered email address.
Use the
"Forget Password" utility at the top of each page and follow the
instructions. Please ensure you
provide the email your MHN membership account is registered under, as
well
as the answer to the security question you selected when you initially

I have a new email address. How do I update my personal details?
Please log-in to www.mhnsaves.com and enter your original email address
and password.
You will then be redirected to your personal MHN 'My Account' page.
Select the
'My Profile' button. Enter your changes. Once your changes are
complete, simply click on the 'Save' button and you are all done.
You can also update your password and other important information about
your membership profile here as well, just repeat the same steps.
