How can I check hotel availability?
Start your search at any time using our "Hotel Search" booking calendar on the left-hand side of any page. Enter your criteria, select "Search" and we will display all hotels based on their tier level, beginning with the MHN Elite tier. After you select a hotel, you will then see a detailed description including location, amenities and other details. If you wish to make a reservation, select your room and all associated national discounts (AAA®, AARP®, etc...). You will see your MHN savings immediately.

When I search for a hotel, I do not get a result and it states there are no MHN hotels available. Why is that?
We offer MHN Plus tier rewards for almost any stay at almost any hotel, so searches that do not produce results are exceedingly rare. If this does occur, please expand your search to look for nearby MHN member hotels.

When I tried to make my reservation it didn't work? What do I do now?
When this happens, there are two common causes:
- You are no longer connected to the Internet. Please check your connection.
- The hotel is sold out on your requested dates. In this case, you should see the warning "Sorry, no rooms available" on the reservations page. Please select another hotel from your search, or widen your search for more options.

How do I know that the booking worked?
You will receive a confirmation voucher e-mail from MHN shortly after your reservation has been approved. This voucher will contain all rate and room information, as well as all hotel-specific cancellation terms and conditions that may apply. If you do not receive a voucher, make sure to check your Spam or Bulk mail folder, as some spam filters may not recognize the message as legitimate. Booking Information
I have submitted my reservation form and credit card – what happens now?
Shortly after completing your reservation and providing your payment information, you will receive a confirmation voucher e-mail from MHN. This e-mail will display all rate and room information, as well as all hotel-specific cancellation terms and conditions if applicable. If you do not receive a voucher, make sure to check your Spam or Bulk mail folder, as some spam filters may not recognize the message as legitimate.
If after receiving your confirmation voucher you wish to make changes to your reservation, please contact the hotel directly using the contact information provided in the voucher. When speaking with the hotel, we recommend referencing your reservation by Name, as the confirmation number on your voucher may not match that of the hotel's system.

How can I amend or cancel my reservation?
To amend or cancel a reservation, contact the hotel directly using the contact information provided in your confirmation voucher e-mail. We recommend referencing your reservation by Name, as the confirmation number on your voucher may not match that of the hotel's system.
Please note: When cancelling a reservation, you may not be entitled to a full refund. While MHN never charges cancellation fees, some hotels may charge cancellation fees that we are required to pass on. These fees will vary by hotel and may change based on dates of travel or the timing of your cancellation.
Because the rates listed for our MHN Elite and Advantage hotels are based on the Best Available Rate (BAR), you will tend to experience lesser fees when cancelling a reservation at these hotels. However, our MHN Plus tier listings may be based on the Advanced Purchase Rate (APR). These rates tend to be subject to severe cancellation fees, so always be mindful when selecting a MHN Plus hotel.

What is the CONFIRMATION / ACCOMMODATION VOUCHER?
This voucher is confirmation and proof of your reservation. Once your reservation is confirmed, MHN will send you a confirmation voucher. Please print a copy of this message and keep it safe.

What happens if there is a problem with the hotel when I arrive?
First contact the front desk at the hotel. Our member hotels make every effort to resolve customer concerns and complaints. If you continue to have problems, please contact us via e-mail here. We will do everything possible to resolve your issue.

How do I check on my reservation for a hotel?
The MHN membership area allows you to review your current reservations up until the beginning of your stay. Once your stay is complete, the reservation is removed from your account.

How can I request an early Check-In or a late Check-Out?
When making a reservation for a MHN Elite or Advantage hotel, please include all special requests in the "additional requests" section of the reservation form. Although our member hotels cannot guarantee such a request, they will make every effort to address your needs.
Currently, our MHN Plus tier hotel reservation form does not allow for special requests during the booking process. If you have a special request when staying at a MHN Plus hotel, please contact the hotel directly using the contact information provided in your confirmation voucher.

Is it safe to use my credit card?
Your credit card details are encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) security. It will never be shared with unauthorized third parties.

Do I have to send my credit card details online?
Yes. As a Web-based platform, MHN requires you provide payment information through our online reservation form.

When will my credit card be charged?
Depending on the hotel rate plan you selected, your credit card may be charged for the full amount immediately after you submit the credit card information. In all other cases, your credit card is charged ONLY at the time of Check-Out. Please note that it is a common practice for a hotel to hold the amount of your stay on the credit card until Check-Out.

Can I pay with more than one credit card?
No. MHN requires that all reservations be made on a single credit card.
Note: If the hotel you select charges at the conclusion of your stay, you may ask the hotel directly to split the payment. However, this can only be done once you arrive at the hotel and at the discretion of management.

No. Online reservations require a credit or debit card in order to hold your room.

Do you provide airport transportation with my accommodations?
Standard room rates do not include the cost of airport transfers, unless otherwise stated. When reserving at a MHN Elite or Advantage hotel, all the information that is available to us about services at the hotel can be found on the MHN member hotel details page during your search. This information may not be available for MHN Plus tier hotels.

Is breakfast included in the room rate?
Many MHN Elite and Advantage hotels include a buffet or continental breakfast as part of their room rates, while others offer it as a separate service. This information can be found on the MHN member hotel details page during your search.
Note: We cannot stay abreast of policies and policy changes for MHN Plus hotels. Dining, parking and other rate add-ons are subject to fees and restrictions when booking at a MHN Plus hotel.

Do I need to add "Breakfasts" to my Itinerary if the room type I booked says it includes breakfast?
Generally no. If your room type reads, for example, "Standard Room including Breakfast", you do not need to add this to your itinerary. However, if your room type specifies a number of guests, "Room including Breakfast for 2 Guests", you will need to add extra breakfasts for all guests over 2 that will be staying in the room. Please indicate this in the "Additional Information" section of your reservation request.
This option is currently not available when booking at a MHN Plus hotel. Please contact the hotel directly after receiving your confirmation voucher from MHN in order to request these changes.

Is the room rate per person or per night?
All room rates are per room per night, unless specified otherwise. The rates are not applicable during New Year's Eve and other special events and are subject to change without notice. The price is guaranteed upon receipt of final payment. All rates are as per MHN and/or reservation completed by you.

Are taxes included in the rate?
All taxes and charges are normally not included in the room rate. However, MHN will display all taxes and MHN discounts before you complete your final confirmation.

How do I become a member?
Any individual of legal age or business can become a MHN member by signing up at www.mhnsaves.com and paying an annual subscription fee of $5.00.

What are Member Rewards?
Member Rewards are one of the most unique features of MHN. For every room night you stay, car you rent, flight you book, or new membership you refer, we reward you with points that you may redeem for CASH BACK!

How do I earn Member Rewards?
There are several ways to earn rewards:
- Reserve room nights through MHN. For each night you stay at a hotel booked through MHN, you will receive one point. It's our way of saying thank you for your loyalty.
- Rent a car through MHN. You will receive a set rewards point bonus for your rental.
- Book a flight through MHN. You will receive a set rewards point bonus for your rental.
- Refer a new member to MHN. If you refer a friend, coworker or family member to MHN using our special "Refer a Friend" e-mail form, you will earn a point for each new member. This form is available only to existing members in the Membership Area.

When can I cash in my points?
Immediately! At MHN, we allow you to redeem your rewards points for CASH at any time. In the membership area, you will see your current rewards points total as well as an option to redeem for cash. After you redeem your points, your MHN Rewards account balance will be set to zero, and it's time to start working towards your next payout. All MHN Rewards points may be combined, no matter how you earn them.
Membership almost up? Don't worry! Your MHN Rewards points carry over to the next year.

I have lost my membership login details. How can I receive a reminder?
Select the "Forgot Password" option beneath the login box and follow the instructions. The e-mail should be the same e-mail address provided when registering the account. You must answer a security question, selected by you when first joining MHN. If you are still having problems, please Contact Us.

I have a new e-mail address. How do I update my personal details?
Login to MHN to reach your "My Account" page. From here, select "My Profile". Enter your changes. Once your changes are complete, simply click on the "Save" button and you are all done. You may also update your password and other important information about your membership profile.

Why do I need to provide my personal details to MHN?
We ask for your details when you are signing up as a new member in order for us to ensure your identity and send your MHN Rewards checks to you. Your personal information will stay safe and secure. We will not disclose your information to third parties. Please see our Privacy Statement.
